I just heard that the cover I did of Palin as the 50 foot woman is nominated for Best Cover of the Year in the Maggies awards (Western Publishing Association)!
The editors and art director came up for the idea for this one; I felt like I was channeling my dad,
Norm Saunders, while I was painting it.

I went to Barnes and Noble and trying to find something in order in the Art section was really maddening it was like my daughters laundry with little ones socks and every ones odds and ends! So I go to the check out lady and ask for her help finding you..Well...now my 4 yr old grand daughter thinks you are the greatest! Good luck on the Maggies!
